how about making the badges laying them out on a paper and take a photo of them?? or try maybe diffrent sizes to randomise a bit?....or make em really small aligned and it look like a dotted wallpapre till if u look close tada its the characters...just sum ideas :-)

I love this idea - it really works. Not 100% on the outlines though... maybe I'd have to see it printed to fully make my mind up on those :) xx a
